Literature Text

Home, a place to belong to
Can you tell me where is yours?
Is it a family house
Or a roof away from friends?

Mine is neither, if you ask
It is where I use my air,
And where I digest my food
Not alone, but with my friends.

A group of cells, and systems
To help me contain my self.
For I am not a human
But a soul, within such thing.

As slumber awaits me, I
Travel to many places,
Leaving my home for a while
So I may not cause it pain.

Even if I strengthen it
By exercises and diets,
It is only to stay more
And not to cure any wounds.

Knowledge can be so painful
And the same thing comes to love.
Which is why drifting away
Into dreams, is a relief.

I like this one, it says something about sadness but also hope.
